My favorite Sargent paintings, by far, are the "Lady Agnew of Lochnaw", "Carnation Lily,Lily, Rose", "Mademoiselle Jordain", and a not extremely popular one that I don't know the title of. It's beautiful. And if you want to see it in person, you can at the Birmingham Museum of Art. It's of a brunette in a black dress and pink shawl with a long strand of pearls.
out of curiousity why him? why is he your favorite artist?
He isn't my absolute favorite, he is just one of then. i really like his style....of course alot of it you can't see from these pictures.
just wondered.
